  1. 4 medium potatoes, diced
  2. 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  4. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  5. 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  6. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  7. 1 tablespoon curry powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and sauté for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  5. Add all spices and mix well.
  6. Cook uncovered for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
