Any Time Potato Seasoned with Indian Spices served with Vegan Sausage

Ingredients
  1. 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  2. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  3. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  4. 1/8 teaspoon tumeric powder
  5. 1/8 teaspoon red chili powder
  6. 1 tablespoon curry powder
  7. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  8. 4 whole potatoes
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 onion
Instruction
  1. Take some olive oil in a non stick pan and heat it up
  2. Slice the potatoes vertically
  3. Then use a food chopper to chop each potato slice into small square pieces
  4. Add 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  5. Add the potatoes in the pan
  6. Cook the potatoes for about 15 to 20 minutes till they get transparent. Constantly stir the potatoes so they do not stick to the bottom of the pan
  7. Once the potatoes starts to turn transparent add finely chopped onions
  8. Add all the spices ginger powder, onion powder, coriander powder, chili powder, tumeric powder, curry powder
  9. Nicely stir the potatoes so the spices are nicely mixed
  10. Add salt as per taste
