Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 green chili (slit)
2-inch ginger (chopped)
2 tbsp spring onion
1 onion (sliced)
1 capsicum (sliced)
1/2 cabbage (shredded)
1 carrot (sliced)
5 snap peas
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar
Hakka noodles (boiled)
Instructions
1. Cook Noodles
Boil noodles as per package instructions.
Drain and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.
2. Stir Fry Vegetables
Heat oil in a wok on high flame.
Add garlic, ginger, chili, and spring onions.
Add all vegetables and stir fry quickly.
3. Add Sauces
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
Mix well on high heat.
4. Combine
Add boiled noodles and vinegar.
Toss everything on high flame until well combined.
